Ingredients:
1 Large Orange
185g Butter melted or 1 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 cup caster sugar
1 1/2 cups self-raising flour
2 Tablespoons poppy seeds
Method:
1) Puree orange
2) Add melted butter, eggs, sugar and mix well
3) Add flour and Poppy seeds and mix until combined
4) Bake at 170 C for approximately 45 minutes or until cooked when tested.
