Broccoli Pies


2 Large Broccoli
4 Onions
150 grams Plain Flour
150 grams Butter
Chicken Salt
Black Pepper


1. Chop broccoli up into small pieces and steam till soft
2. Finely dice onion and caramelize in butter, then add herbs and garlic
3. Melt butter, add flour and cook for 4-5 mins, add milk constantly mixing until comes to a sauce consistency add in two and fulls of cheese.
4. Mix steamed broccoli, onion and white sause together

6. Cook in a pie maker (as I did) or in a pre heated oven at 180C

*Note- Mixture made approximately  20 pies
