Mushroom Pasta

Ingredients:
750 grams Mushrooms
3 Onions
1 kg Pasta
Garlic
Black Pepper
Chicken Stock
Salt
Basil
Chives
Fresh Parsley
Cream
Cheese
Butter
Method:

1) Caramelize onion with butter and garlic, once soft add the herbs, season to taste with stock, salt and pepper and continue to keep on a low heat.
2) Place mushrooms in a pot with a few tablespoons of water, cover and cook until just becoming soft.
3)  Mix cream and cheese into the onion
4) Mix onion and mushrooms and add to the pasta.
