Ok, so this is a little different! But don’t knock it till you try it!

2 Bags corn chips
4 small tins or 2 big tins of baked beans
2 small tins of diced/crushed tomato
1 big onion
Dried Chives
Capsicum cut small


1) We need to make a sauce, caramelize onion, add salt, pepper, herbs and capsicum cook until soft then add tinned tomato.

2) Oil a tray and then 1 bag of corn chips in the bottom and then cover with the baked beans.

3) Cover with the sauce you made to begin with and cover with cheese

4) Cover with foil and cook for about half an hour or until hot! Remove the foil for the last 5 minutes


5) Serve  on a few fresh corn chips.

* Can also add mushrooms to the sauce
