Roast Capsicum Salad

I will apologise now for my last of quantities in the salad dressing, but it really depends on the product you are using and how fresh it is.

Ingredients:
Capsicum
Crushed Garlic
Black Pepper
Salt
Parsley
Basil
Chives
Balsamic Vinegar
Sunflower Oil

Method:

1) Roast capsicum either under grill or over open flame on a gas stove. Cook until just starting to go soft.


2) Mix the remaining ingredients to taste, more oil than vinegar. Mix in a separate bowl to the capsicum till you get it how you want it!
3) Alternatively use an oily pre-made dressing
