Roast Potatoes

Roast potatoes seem to be my specialty! My family love them, so here are two variations.

Wedges
Ingredients:

Potatoes
Olive oil
Chicken stock powder

Method:

1) Cut into wedges, place into bowl, lightly cover with oil and a small amount of stock and mix till all wedges are covered. Place on tray and cook at 180 C

 Potato Pieces 

Ingredients:
Potatoes
1 Onion
Olive Oil
Chicken Stock Powder

Method:

1) Cut into pieces, place in tray and lightly cover in oil. Add the finely chopped onion and sprinkle with stock powder. Cook at 180 C, turn over a few times while cooking and if needed add more stock powder.
