1) Finely chopping one onion and caramelize in butter, add garlic and stock.
2) Defrost spinach and squeeze most of the liquid out.
3) Finely chop kale and add to onion and allow to cook until soft.
4) Remove onion and kale from the heat and add spinach and stir through.
5) Stir through a cup of each cheese, add salt and pepper to taste.
5) Form the rolls and place in preheated 180 C over until golden brown ( approximately 35 min)
